Templates and screens
for selective PCB soldering
There are increasing needs for integration
between the various processes in PCB assembly. Templates
and screens for selective soldering enable PCB to be
transported into the wave bath protecting critical areas
and holding the components to be soldered in the right
position.
Customised conveyors, fabricated using CDM, increase
opportunities for traditional wave soldering. They can
be supplied rapidly in synchrony with the supply of
screens in order to deposit the solder paste and glue
points.
