The quality and reliability of STV screens are guaranteed by the integration of production processes. Taking a sample, technical drawing or CAD data as our starting point, we proceed with their computer elaboration and plot the films.

The skill and experience of our personnel enables us to select the most suitable materials for each application and then, for each screen, to establish a technical file which guarantees the consistency and repeatability of the procedure. The use of automatic machinery and strict quality-control procedures means that print-ready screens can be produced, free from all defects. At the end of the production cycle each screen is tested and a certificate of conformity is issued.
