LASER PHOTOPLOTTING SERVICES
Our laser photoplotters set the standard in large size printing processes up to 1600 x 2500 mm (63.0 x 98.4 inches) when, speed and quality are essential for films of this size.
STV owns Barco Gigasetter and Megasetter Large Format Plotters.
They have automatic film loaders and on-line connection to the developing machine.
The film handling system is very simple and maximizes accuracy and reliability.
The Gigasetter uses a multi-beam Optics exposure system with selectable resolutions from 1000 to 16000 DPI. Photographic films have various industrial applications for high density PCB, BGA, lead frames, stencils, screen printing (automotive glass industry), flat panel displays and chemical milling.
